An employee must not refuse to perform the tasks reasonably required by the university, which are consistent with the employee`s classification, and the tasks that fall under the employee`s responsibility. The classification of professional personnel positions is assessed using appropriate workstation evaluation methods, which meet the requirements of the position classification standards set out in the USQ Enterprise Agreement, based on the work to be done and according to the procedures described in the position determination and classification procedure.
